- 3 oz fresh blood orange juice
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 0.5 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 oz hot water
- 1 oz club soda

Garnish: blood orange slice + orange peel

Instructions
1️⃣ Warm the juice — 2–3 min
Gently heat blood orange juice until steaming.
2️⃣ Build — 1 min
Pour into a heatproof glass. Add vodka and vanilla syrup.
3️⃣ Balance — 30 sec
Add hot water and stir gently.
4️⃣ Finish — 15 sec
Top with club soda for a light fizz.
5️⃣ Garnish
Add orange slice or expressed peel.

- Blood oranges are peak winter citrus in the U.S. & Europe.
- Swap vodka for gin to add herbal depth.
- For lower ABV, use orange liqueur only and skip vodka.
