Grapefruit Honey Gin Highball

Ingredients 

• 2 oz gin
• 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz soda water
• Garnish: grapefruit peel + rosemary sprig

• Jigger

• Bar spoon
• Highball glass

Instructions

1️⃣ Build base — 1 min
Add gin, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup to a highball glass.

2️⃣ Add ice — 20 sec
Fill the glass with ice cubes.

3️⃣ Top & stir — 20 sec
Top with soda water and gently stir.

4️⃣ Garnish — 10 sec
Express grapefruit peel over the drink and add rosemary.

Tips & Notes

1. Pink grapefruit gives a softer, slightly sweeter profile.
2. Lightly torch rosemary for a festive aroma .
3. Swap gin for vodka for a cleaner taste.
4. Adjust honey syrup for desired sweetness.
