🍸 Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pear Juice (fresh or cold-pressed)

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Ginger Syrup (or muddled fresh ginger + simple syrup)

  • ¼ oz (7 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice

  • Ice Cubes

  • Optional Garnish: Thin pear slice or candied ginger

Step 1 (2 min): Fill your shaker with ice cubes.

Step 2 (1 min): Add vodka, pear juice, ginger syrup, and lemon juice.

Step 3 (1 min): Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until chilled.

Step 5 (30 sec): Garnish with a pear slice or a piece of candied ginger for a beautiful finish.
