🧾 Ingredients:

  • 60ml Pear Juice (fresh-pressed or 100% juice)

  • 45ml Gin (optional for mocktail)

  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and water)

  • 90ml Tonic Water

  • 1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig

  • Ice Cubes

🥄 Directions:

Step 1: Lightly clap the rosemary sprig to release its aroma and add it to a shaker with pear juice, gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
Step 2: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
Step 3: Strain into a tall glass filled with ice, top with tonic water, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
