Drunk Leprechaun

Ingredients 

  • 30 ml Irish Whiskey
  • 30 ml melon liqueur
  • 30 ml blue Curaçao
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • Ice cubes
  • cherry

Tools Needed

  • Strainer

  • Rocks glass

Instructions

1️⃣ Shake — 30 sec
Add Irish whiskey, melon liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.

2️⃣ Strain — 15 sec
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

3️⃣ Top — 10 sec
Add soda water and gently stir.

4️⃣ Garnish — 10 sec
Finish with a lemon wheel or apple slice.

Tips & Notes

  • Choose a smooth Irish whiskey (Jameson-style) for easy drinking.

  • Melon liqueur adds color and subtle sweetness—don’t overpour.

  • Skip soda water for a stronger, silkier version.

  • Chill the glass for a cleaner finish.

  • Great for St. Patrick’s Day or casual house parties.
