- Fresh orange juice—— 30 ml
- Vanilla water—— 5 ml

Instructions
1. First, prepare the caramelized orange syrup: Caramelize orange slices with sugar until golden and slightly charred. Add a small amount of water and simmer over low heat until syrupy. Strain and set aside.
2. Place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add fresh orange juice, caramelized orange syrup, and vanilla water.
3. Shake gently for 5–6 seconds, then strain into a wine glass.
4. Top with light white wine to 2/3 full.
5. Finish with soda water to fill the glass, creating a lighter, more delicate mouthfeel.
6. Garnish with a pinch of orange zest for aromatic flair.

Tips & Notes
Low alcohol content: Primarily white wine creates a light palate, perfect for those who avoid spirits.
Caramelized orange adds a distinctive sweetness without cloying—the niche soul of this drink.
For extra sweetness, add 5–10 ml more syrup.
Substituting Prosecco yields a softer, more delicate flavor profile.
