- 2 oz Midori
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Soda Water
- Ice Cubes
- Garnish: Cucumber Shreds + Small Cantaloupe Balls

- Shaker
- Measuring Cup
- Bar spoon
- Fine strainer
- Highball glass or stemless wine glass

🧊 Preparation Steps
1️⃣ Make Cucumber Juice — 2 min
Remove seeds from half a cucumber. Blend and strain.
2️⃣ Shake — 12 sec
Add to shaker:
1. Peach liqueur
2. Gin
3. Cucumber juice
4. Lime juice
5. Ice
Shake vigorously until frost forms on the shaker.
3️⃣ Strain — 5 seconds
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4️⃣ Top off — 3 seconds
Add 1 oz soda water and gently stir.
5️⃣ Garnish — 5 seconds
Add a cucumber shave or small melon ball to enhance freshness.

💡 Tips & Notes
- Use the freshest cucumber juice possible; prolonged storage causes oxidation and bitterness.
- To reduce alcohol content, omit gin and use only peach liqueur.
- For a more “spa-like” drink, add 1-2 mint leaves.
- For added elegance, lightly rim the glass with a salt-sugar mixture—a summertime favorite.
