- 2 roasted apricot halves
- 0.75 oz honey syrup
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Garnish: dried apricot slice + thyme sprig

Instructions
1️⃣ Muddle — 30s
Add roasted apricot and honey syrup to shaker. Gently muddle.
2️⃣ Shake — 30s
Add brandy, lemon juice, bitters, and ice. Shake well.
3️⃣ Strain — 15s
Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4️⃣ Garnish — 10s
Add dried apricot and thyme.

- Roasting apricots deepens flavor and reduces acidity.
- Brandy keeps alcohol smooth and warming.
- Substitute apricot jam if fresh fruit is unavailable.
- Reduce honey syrup for a drier finish.
