2 oz pear juice
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz rosemary syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
2 oz soda water
Ice

🧊 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep rosemary syrup — 5 min
Dissolve sugar and water in a 1:1 ratio by heating.
Add 1–2 sprigs of fresh rosemary and steep for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Shake — 12 sec
Add the following to the shaker:
- Pear juice
- Vodka
- Rosemary syrup
- Lemon juice
- Ice
Shake until chilled and combined.
3️⃣ Strain & pour — 5 sec
Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
4️⃣ Top & garnish — 5 sec
Add 2 oz soda water
Garnish with a pear slice and rosemary.

💡 Tips & Notes
Pear juice matters: Ripe pears have a stronger flavor; unripe pears will be too astringent.
For a stronger vanilla note, use thyme syrup instead of rosemary.
The wintery flavor: Add 1–2 drops of vanilla extract.
Mocktail version: Omit vodka and use 3–4 oz of soda.
More fancy: Dip the rim of the cup in granulated sugar and dried rosemary flakes.
