1 oz fresh lemon juice

¾ oz simple syrup

6–7 fresh blackberries

3–4 sage leaves

Ice

Blackberry + sage sprig (garnish)

Instructions

In a shaker, muddle blackberries and sage.

Add gin, lemon juice, syrup, and ice.

Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds.

Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with blackberry and sage.

Tips & Notes
-
Over-muddling sage can make it bitter; press gently.

Add club soda for a lighter version.
