- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Soda Water
- Ice Cubes
- Garnish: Cucumber Shreds + Small Cantaloupe Balls

- Measuring Cup
- Bar spoon
- Fine strainer
- Highball glass or stemless wine glass

đ§Â Preparation Steps
1ïžâŁ Make Cucumber Juice â 2 min
Remove seeds from half a cucumber. Blend and strain.
2ïžâŁ Shake â 12 sec
Add to shaker:
1. Peach liqueur
2. Gin
3. Cucumber juice
4. Lime juice
5. Ice
Shake vigorously until frost forms on the shaker.
3ïžâŁ Strain â 5 seconds
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4ïžâŁ Top off â 3 seconds
Add 1 oz soda water and gently stir.
5ïžâŁ Garnish â 5 seconds
Add a cucumber shave or small melon ball to enhance freshness.
