Tips & Notes
-
🌿 Homemade lavender syrup: Simmer ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar, and 1 tbsp dried lavender buds for 5 minutes. Strain and cool before use.
-
🍋 Balance the tartness: Adjust lemon juice or syrup to your preferred sweetness level.
-
🧊 Don’t overshake with soda: Add soda after shaking — never shake carbonated liquids!
-
✨ Presentation tip: Serve in a tall glass to show off the foam layer; it gives that signature fizz look.
