Ingredients
- 2 oz mandarin juice
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2–3 fresh sage leaves
- 2 oz soda water
- Ice

Instructions
1️⃣ Muddle the sage — 10 sec
Add the honey syrup and 2 sage leaves to the shaker.
Gently crush to release the aroma.
2️⃣ Shake — 12 sec
Add:
mandarin juice
gin
ice cubes
Shake vigorously until chilled.
3️⃣ Strain & pour — 5 sec
Strain and pour into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Add 2 oz of soda water and stir gently.
4️⃣ Garnish — 5 sec
Twist the orange peel to release the essential oils.
Add a sage leaf for added aroma.

Tips & Notes
Mandarin is more fragrant, sweeter, and less common than regular orange, making it especially suitable for winter cocktails.
For a more "herbal" flavor, lightly toast the sage for 1–2 seconds.
For a more "spritz-like" flavor, replace the soda water with Prosecco.
Low alcohol version: Reduce gin to 0.5–1 oz.
Mocktail version: Omit the gin and add soda water to 4 oz.
