- 45 ml Mezcal
- 22 ml Vermouth Blanc
- 15 ml Crème de Menthe
- 2 dashes Celery Bitters
- Ice cubes

Instructions
1️⃣ Add — 10 sec
Pour all liquid ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
2️⃣ Stir — 25–30 sec
Slowly stir until completely chilled. Do not shake; this drink should be smooth.
3️⃣ Strain — 10 sec
Strain into a chilled glass.
4️⃣ Serve — 5 sec
Keep ungarnished, or garnish with a small mint leaf.
Tips & Notes
- Crème de Menthe is recommended to be served in the white version for a cleaner color.
- Stirring time directly affects the alcohol content, so don't skip on it.
- If the smoky flavor is too strong, reduce the amount of Mezcal to 40 ml.
- Celery bitters are key; they add complexity to the drink.
