Ingredients
- 45 ml blanco tequila
- 30 ml fresh mandarin orange juice
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: mandarin peel or dried orange slice

Instructions
1️⃣ Dry shake — 30 sec
Add tequila, mandarin juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white to a shaker. Shake without ice to build foam.
2️⃣ Shake with ice — 30 sec
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3️⃣ Strain — 15 sec
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4️⃣ Garnish — 10 sec
Express mandarin peel over the drink and garnish.
Tips & Notes
- Use blanco tequila for a clean, fresh profile.
- Mandarin is sweeter and softer than regular orange.
- Skip egg white for a lighter texture.
- For a drier version, reduce honey syrup to 10 ml.
