Ingredients
- 60 ml Blanco Tequila
- 22 ml White Crème de Cacao
- 22 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml Absinthe or Pastis
- Ice cubes

3. Strainer
4. Martini Glass
Instructions
1️⃣ Shake — 25 sec
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
2️⃣ Chill — 15 sec
Shake until well chilled and balanced.
3️⃣ Strain — 10 sec
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
4️⃣ Garnish — 10 sec
Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
Tips & Notes
- It will be cleaner with London Dry gin.
- White crème de cacao In small quantities, the protagonist is not sweet, but aromatic.
- Be sure to use freshly squeezed lemon juice, acidity is key.
- If you find it too sweet, reduce the cacao to 10 ml.
