Ingredients
- 50 ml bourbon
- 20 ml fresh peach purée
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 5–6 fresh basil leaves

Instructions
1️⃣ Muddle — 20 sec
Muddle basil leaves at the bottom of a shaker to release the aroma.
2️⃣ Shake — 30 sec
Add bourbon, peach purée, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
3️⃣ Strain — 15 sec
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
4️⃣ Garnish — 10 sec
Add a basil sprig and a peach slice to garnish.
Tips & Notes
- Fresh peaches give the best purée. If unavailable, use peach nectar.
- Adjust honey syrup to taste, depending on how sweet the peaches are.
- Use a strong, smooth bourbon to balance the sweetness of the peach and honey.
