Perfect Chicken Pizza Recipe: A Step-by-Step Guide with Skycrops Oven

0.5 oz (14g) instant yeast
0.5 oz (14g) granulated sugar
0.5 tsp salt
4.5 oz (128g) warm water (40°C)

6 oz (170g) chicken breast, sliced into strips
4 oz (113g) pizza sauce
3 oz (85g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 oz (56g) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 oz (28g) onion, sliced
1 oz (28g) bell pepper, sliced
0.5 oz (14g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp Italian mixed herbs
Salt, black pepper, olive oil to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough(1h10m)
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough (about 8 minutes).
Let the dough rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour), set aside.
2. Preheat Chicken(15m)
Marinate chicken strips with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs for 10 minutes, then pan-fry until golden and dice into small pieces.
