III. Preparation Process
- Yeast Activation: Put the yeast into warm water, stir well, and let it stand for 5 - 10 minutes until rich foam appears on the surface, indicating that the yeast has been activated.
- Ingredient Mixing: In a larger container, mix the high - gluten flour and low - gluten flour evenly. Then add granulated sugar and salt and stir well again. Next, slowly pour in the activated yeast water and olive oil, and stir into flocs with chopsticks.

Knead the dough into a round shape, and then roll it into a round pizza crust of a suitable size for the pizza pan with a rolling pin.
