- 2 oz fresh apple juice
- 1.25 oz dry vermouth
- 0.5 oz chamomile syrup
- 0.25 oz lemon juice
- 2ā3 oz soda water
- Ice

- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
- Fine strainer
- Bar spoon
- Highball glass

š§ Instructions
1ļøā£ Brew chamomile syrup ā 3 min
Steep chamomile tea bag in hot water for 3ā4 minutes.
Mix with an equal amount of sugar until dissolved, then cool and set aside.
2ļøā£ Shake ā 10 sec
Add to shaker:
- apple juice
- dry vermouth
- chamomile syrup
- lemon juice
- ice
Shake gently until chilled.
3ļøā£ Strain ā 5 sec
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
4ļøā£ Top & garnish ā 5 sec
Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with apple slices and chamomile flowers.
