  • 1.25 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.5 oz chamomile syrup
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • 2–3 oz soda water

Steep chamomile tea bag in hot water for 3–4 minutes.

Mix with an equal amount of sugar until dissolved, then cool and set aside.

Add to shaker:

  • apple juice
  • dry vermouth
  • chamomile syrup
  • lemon juice
  • ice
    Shake gently until chilled.

3ļøāƒ£ Strain — 5 sec
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

4ļøāƒ£ Top & garnish — 5 sec
Top with soda water and stir gently.
Garnish with apple slices and chamomile flowers.
