Kiwi Basil Vodka Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • ¾ oz simple syrup

  • 1 peeled kiwi, sliced

  • 4–5 basil leaves

  • Soda water

  • Ice

  • Kiwi slice (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Muddle kiwi and basil in a shaker.

  2. Add vodka, lime juice, syrup, and ice.

  3. Shake well and strain into a highball with ice.

  4. Top with soda water.

  5. Garnish with kiwi.

Tips & Notes

  • Use ripe kiwis for natural sweetness.

  • Basil can be swapped for mint for a softer flavor.
