Ingredients

For 1 serving

  • 1.5 oz vodka 

  • 1 oz peach purée

  • 2 oz chilled jasmine tea 

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

  • Ice

  • Garnish: peach slice or edible flower

Instructions 

1️⃣ Brew & chill the jasmine tea — 10 min

  • Soak for 3–4 minutes; soaking for too long will make it bitter.
  • Use after cooling to avoid diluting the flavor.

2️⃣ Build the cocktail — 20 sec
Add into Shacker:

  • vodka

  • peach purée

  • jasmine tea

  • lemon juice

  • simple syrup

  • 3/4 Shack Tins Ice

3️⃣ Shake — 10–12 sec
Shake vigorously until the outer shell is completely frosted, ensuring the tea and fruit puree are fully combined.

4️⃣ Strain & pour — 5 sec

  • Strain and pour into a spherical cup filled with ice.


Tips & Notes

  • Lighter version:change into 0.5 oz peach liqueur.

  • Sweeter version:Add simple syrup into 0.75 oz.

  • Tea matters:More fresh of chilled jasmine tea, the smell more clean.

  • No alcohol version:Delect vodka,adding into 1 oz chilled jasmine tea.
