🧊 Instructions
Step 1 (2 min): Add the gin, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and a few rosemary leaves into the shaker with ice.
Step 2 (1 min): Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to release the rosemary aroma.
Step 3 (1 min): Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Step 4 (1 min): Top with soda water, then garnish with a rosemary sprig or grapefruit wedge.
