2 oz (60 ml) bourbon

1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice

¾ oz (22 ml) honey syrup (1:1 honey and hot water)

½ ripe persimmon, peeled and cubed

A pinch of ground cinnamon

Ice cubes

Optional garnish: persimmon slice or cinnamon stick
Instructions

Muddle:
In a shaker, muddle the persimmon cubes with honey syrup until smooth. -
Add Ingredients:
Pour in bourbon, lemon juice, and cinnamon. -
Shake:
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. -
Strain:
Double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice to remove pulp. -
Garnish:
Add a persimmon slice or cinnamon stick for aroma and presentation.
