Passionfruit Rum Breeze

Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum

• 1 oz lime juice

• 1 oz passionfruit purée

• ½ oz simple syrup

• Ice

• Lime wheel (garnish)

Instructions

1. Add rum, lime juice, passionfruit, and syrup into a shaker.

2. Add ice and shake 12 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled glass.

4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Tips & Notes

• Add chili salt rim for a spicy twist.

• Works great with dark rum for deeper flavor.
